Karting star Aidan Mitchell joins BSR for 2025 Milltek Civic Cup season
Aidan Mitchell will make his debut in this year’s Milltek Civic Cup after signing to drive for championship front runners BSR.
As the first driver to sign for the Ben Sharpe run team, Aidan will be driving a Civic EP3 as he makes the move up from karting to car racing.
Aidan already has some impressive results from his karting career, where he finished the 2023 season as the Vice-champion in the British Karting Championships Junior TKM class, whilst also winning the 2023 TKM Festival, all done with the Precision Racing team.
The Milltek Civic Cup is recognised as one of the UK’s toughest single-make club racing championships. Young drivers looking for the first step into car racing after competing in karting and are now choosing the TCR Feeder series as their desired option.
With this in mind, Aidan is excited to join BSR and take on the challenge ahead of him.
“I am really excited to take the next step in racing and into such a competitive championship with Ben Sharpe Racing. Whilst it is a big change I am looking forward to the challenge and hope to be at the front soon,” said Aidan.
“I would like to thank everyone who has helped me so far, particularly Precision Racing, who have been brilliant over the last year and a half.”
BSR Team Owner Ben Sharpe is excited to have Aidan on board for the new season.

Championship Promoter Stewart Lines welcomes Aidan to the grid for the new season.
